The law firm Dr. Schulte, Prof. Schönrath & Schmid was founded in 1986 by senior partner Dr. Schulte, LL.M.

The firm’s branches in Düsseldorf, Krefeld, Aachen and Mönchengladbach are incorporated in the partnership company Dr. Schulte, Prof. Schönrath & Schmid Rheinland Partnerschaft. The Lipzig branch is allocated to the partnership company Partnerschaftsgesellschaft Dr. Schulte, Prof. Schönrath & Schmid, Leipzig.

The firm provides legal services to numerous corporate clients with nationwide spheres of action.

Since its foundation the firm focuses on legal counsel in the fields of trade and company law but also in the area of employment and family law. The firm’s patent attorneys Köhler and Müller cover the field of interlectual property rights.

Our lawyers speak the following six European languages fluently: German, English, French, Greek, Spanish and Polish.
