Since 1982 we have provided our legal services and support as independent advisors of tax advisors and their clients in several hundreds of corporate sale operations. We supported entrepreneurs and their families in times of crisis, executed corporate successions, restructured companies and businesses, provided long-lasting services to family-held businesses and designed solutions for corporate successions together with tax advisors.

We find adequate and secure solutions for medium-sized businesses in complicated and demanding situations. 27 years of professional experience, ongoing teaching experience and numerous publications provide a good foundation.
